Cultural projects: Fuerte Cultural

As well as the promotion of art, our main concern is to raise awareness among our clients and the general public who visit our exhibitions about the main problems that humanity and our planet are beset with. We aim to achieve this through a collection of works of art that are donated by their artists and created specifically for the Foundation’s collection, which we have dubbed "RESPONSIBLE ART".

RESPONSIBLE ART is the first initiative that is being taken in the world to create an art collection with work that has been expressly created by the artists with the aim of raising awareness about environmental and social issues. The art has a dual purpose of posing questions and proposing solutions to these issues.

We will give the artists and craftsmen space inside all of our hotel projects and we will hold events that support activities related to cultural heritage in our surroundings, regardless of whether it is musical, literary or historical.
